Our Company was incorporated in Singapore under the Companies Act on 2 October 2001 as a private
limited company under the name of "SNRSecure Pte Ltd". We changed our name to "TSS International
Pte. Ltd." on 16 April 2003 and subsequently changed our name to "Sino-Environment Technology Group
Pte. Ltd." on 14 July 2005. On 22 March 2006, our Company was converted into a public limited company
and we assumed our present name, "Sino-Environment Technology Group Limited".
To prepare for a listing on the SGX-ST pursuant to the Invitation, the Restructuring Exercise was
undertaken in order to constitute the Company as the listing vehicle.
Our Subsidiaries are established in the PRC.
